Set up area is under a large pavilion with several tables and benches. There is grassy area all around for your use too! Pop ups can still be used. We ask for the kids to stay off the tennis courts and retaining rock walls! Parking: Constables will
be on call Saturday mornings policing traffic and have asked that we communicate
the following. Please use the designated unloading area at the base of the water tower, established for the safety of our swimmers. There is no parking in the main lot. In addition, there will be no parking on the grass. All vehicles in handicap or unauthorized spaces idle or not, will be given citations and may be towed. |

The Marlins Swim-a-Thon is one part fundraiser and one part swim party with games and surprises for our wonderful swimmers. After swimming their pledged laps, each swimmer will receive food, drinks, and treats and they will also earn tickets to spend for a chance at various prizes. This is the MAIN FUNDRAISING EVENT for The Woodlands Marlins. As a nonprofit organization, we endeavor to foster competitive swimming, good sportsmanship, and development of teamwork. Your donations allow The Marlins to continue to develop and enhance swimming skills while building mental self-confidence and discipline of our youth. To provide an online donation to support your swimmer(s), please go to the Sponsor tab and use our PayPal account. If you would like to pledge a "per lap" donation amount, your swimmer has a paper form to collect that pledge information. You can then use our PayPal button on the Sponsor tab to "settle up" after the event has taken place based on the number of laps that your swimmer(s) completed. |
