The Woodlands Marlins Swim Team

The Conroe Independent School District (ISD) Natatorium is the beautiful, state-of-the-art facility that The Woodlands Marlins Swim Team calls home. Nicknamed the "Nat," it's located at 19133 David Memorial Dr, Shenandoah, TX 77385. 

Unfortunately for summer 2025, the Nat is under construction. It is undergoing renovations, and our home base will be amazing when it's complete in summer 2026! 

We will be on a bit of an adventure in 2025. We will swim all away meets this year. The good news is that the meets are all in The Woodlands and Spring -- so not far away! 

Our practices will be held at The Woodlands pools in April, then we'll be based out of The Pod Aquatics in May and June. We are going to make swim practices the most fun ever! 

Looking Towards Our Future Restored Facility in 2026

If are interested in swimming in summer 2026, let's talk about the Nat. Why are we so lucky to have the Nat as our home base (when it isn't under construction)? 

First of all, it's a world-class indoor competitive swimming, diving and Olympic training facility that serves school aquatics sports programs, community and recreational swim meets, and regional, national, and international competitive events. It's fantastic. 

But there is something else. You know how our summers are in southeast Texas: sweltering heat, intense humidity. Chasing the kids to stay hydrated and keep the suntan lotion on. That's less of a worry when you are in an indoor, air-conditioned facility, even with high-tech timing and scoreboard capabilities. And while the Nat opened in 2008, it was renovated in 2018. 

So, yes. We consider ourselves lucky.
