Every athlete who enters the meet must swim all 5 individual events throughout the session and must have an official or unofficial time in that event to be eligible to compete:

1. Butterfly

2. Backstroke

3. Breaststroke

4. Freestyle

5. Individual Medley (IM)

Meet Schedule

• Sunday, May 31st: All 10 & Under events, plus the 11 & Up 100 Free and 100 IM.
• Monday, June 1st: All other 11 & Up events.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

• Cost: $9 per event (e.g., 3 events = $27 total).
• Payment Deadline: Noon on Sunday, May 24, 2026.
• Important Note: To ensure our team entries are submitted on time, payments must be received by the deadline. Swimmers with unpaid fees by noon on May 24th will unfortunately be dropped from registration.

Payment Options

• Zelle: treasurer@thewoodlandsmarlins.org (Please include your swimmer’s name in the memo/comments).
• Square Invoice: Request an invoice by emailing treasurer@thewoodlandsmarlins.org.
• Check: Make payable to "The Woodlands Marlins Swim Team" and hand to the treasurer or a board member.
• Cash: Hand directly to the treasurer or a board member.

Relays: Relays will be formed based on the number of registered swimmers. As a reminder, the Marlins will cover the entry fees for all relay events!
